Meet the Directors
Justin is what we like to call the “Creative Lead” in what we do. He’s a graduate of the College for Creative Studies, a real “hoighty toighty” design school in downtown Detroit. He drives the creative direction of the company, and 100% of the projects that go out the door. Justin’s strengths are in his ability to take everyday things and turn them into inspiration. He spends a lot of time researching and experiencing new and cool stuff around our city and others, and uses those things as motivation for what drives his designs.

He takes great pride in the things that we do and send to our customers, because he believes it not only represents us as a company, but it also shines brightly on him as a professional and a designer. I consistently say the two biggest things that separate us from our competitors are our flexibility and our desire to please… but that’s not entirely true. The biggest thing we bring to the table is that they don’t have a Justin.
He’s likable and easy to get along with, he plays hockey, and slams out to Rock Band with his shirt off at every opportunity. He can’t sit shotgun for a 5 minute car ride without falling asleep.

I’m the Director of Sales… I’ve been in the sales arena for almost 8 years now, starting with larger organizations like Pitney Bowes and Iron Mountain. I was introduced to evolve in 2006 and started working my way into the POP world. It’s my job to act as the customer point of contact inside of my company. I communicate our customer’s needs to design and to production, and make certain that my customer’s wishes are met at every turn. I took a break dancing class when i was in the 8th grade. I spent the entire 6 weeks doing the coffee grinder and the worm.
